I’ve been living at the New Broadmoor Old Building for about 8 years now, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I have a 2 bedroom and honestly love my apartment. I really like some of the features that give it a little more character, especially the arched entryways and room divider. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is also a huge plus. The grounds are always kept up and clean. I’ve worked with a few different managers over the years. Thyson was the first manager I dealt with, and he was always helpful, respectful, and honest. Jackie is the manager now, and she’s also been great to work with and has always been accommodating. Always has a smile to give. Chuck from maintenance is excellent as well. He’s always been prompt about getting things taken care of, whether it’s a repair or replacing something that needs it. Overall, I highly recommend the new broadmoor. Living here with Chuck as the maintenance guy is absolutely amazing. This old building wouldn’t be what it Is without him, he deserves a raise!

I recently toured here and fell in love with the property!! The property director Jackie was just AMAZING, nothing but good things to say about her. I was so excited to apply and get moved in but unfortunately my life situation has taken a turn. I definitely will be coming back to Jackie very soon, property was very clean, nice workers, overall just an amazing experience.

Perfect location and amazing staff!! The manager in the office, Alyssa, is very on top of everything and makes sure any request is handled promptly and professionally. The maintenance supervisor, Chuck, is able to take care of any repair quickly and will communicate regularly if something will need more time or attention. Do yourself a favor and move in here!

Honestly a hidden gem! Between location to downtown and the U and specifically the red line being around the corner with a Maverik at the end of the street there’s so much accessible nearby. A huge shoutout to Chuck who is the maintenance staff and is fantastic! While the apartments are older and may not have all the bells and whistles, it is comfortable, cozy, and I can always depend on Chuck to help fix any problems!

I have lived here for four months now and love it! Tour before renting because they are small, but they are exactly what you would expect from looking online or touring. Brandon (leasing agent) was very helpful when we were getting everything set up, and Chuck (the maintenance guy) is awesome. Things usually get fixed within 24 business hours of putting in the request, if not sooner. Heating, cooling, laundry, and other amenities work as expected. Area is quiet and peaceful.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brandon, who couldn't have been more helpful with the move in process. He broke everything down and explained all of the move in costs, including estimated utilities in a clear and easy to understand manner. He was exceptionally patient in answering all of our questions and helping to make the process as seamless as possible.

The move-in process was seamless, the manager was understanding and kind about everything. the apartment was a good price and even more so when split a few ways. The interior of all apartments were clean and functioning, and the building itself is in a wonderful and practical location in the heart of SLC. would recomend!

I have know Chuck (maintenance guy) for almost 4 years now and he is great. He is always super helpful, thorough, and kind. If we have any issues and call after hours, he will stop by and fix it the next morning. He is also very sweet to my dog, I trust him with taking care of things around the apartment.
